Following significant exposure and momentum from the TV show "Shark Tank," Brazi Bites enlisted HBX to propel the brand into conventional retail beyond the natural channel. Overcoming two primary obstacles was crucial: generating awareness for Brazilian cheese bread as a new product, and standing out in the often-overlooked frozen food aisle.

THE SOLUTION

We transformed the brand with vibrant colors that not only stood out behind freezer doors but also reflected its Brazilian heritage. A captivating bullseye brandmark created an inviting and friendly tone to attract new consumers, while playful product photography and ingredient imagery enhanced taste appeal, and emphasized snackability. Amidst incredible growth, we strategically pivoted the brand from a Brazilian cheese-based snack to a Latin-inspired food brand. An impactful brand architecture laid the foundation for numerous product innovations and extensions both within and beyond the category.
